Portfolio Requirements
Portfolios are a required component for Creative Writing, Media and Visual Arts
Portfolios are a required component for Creative Writing, Media and Visual Arts and are due with the SOTA Application after October 31, 2011, and on or before the following application deadlines:
- Friday, December 2, 2011, 3pm, for the Saturday, January 7, 2012, Audition (1st Round)
- Friday, February 10, 2012, 3pm, for the Saturday, March 3, 2012, Audition (2nd Round)
Portfolio requirements are specific and vary by department so please carefully read to the audition requirements for the department you are applying.
Portfolios are reviewed by the department head and artists-in-residence from the department that you apply.
Students submitting portfolios will receive a letter informing them that they have either passed or not passed the review.
- If your portfolio passes the review you will receive an invitation to audition, including an audition date and time.
- If your portfolio does not pass the review you will not receive an audition appointment based on that portfolio.
- If you choose to create a new portfolio it must be submitted by the 2nd audition deadline.
*Sorry, but there is no feedback offered on individual portfolio submissions.
