SOTA Theatre strongly believes that “product” must stem from “process.” Quality supersedes quantity and training for future study is the method required in a preprofessional setting.  Kenneth Branagh once stated: “You can’t learn how to act in a rehearsal, you learn how to act in an acting class.” According to Phil Rayher, Asawa SOTA Director of Theatre  “and you put what you've learned in your acting class into practices in the rehearsal.”
